North Cascades Athletic Club started in 1995. Previously, the Mount Vue Racquet Club was in existence when it opened its doors in 1978.
Owners Mark, Dick, and Judy Milner have taken the club from a racquetball club to a full service athletic club, offering exercise programs, racket sports, and programs for all ages.
North Cascades Athletic Club offers two types of memberships to serve the members' needs. NCAC mission statement is "to teach, encourage, and motivate you to a higher level of fitness and health through fun and exciting programs and fellowship." Stop by and let us give you a tour.
