What is Kids CrossFit?

CrossFit Kids uses a combination of skill practice, workouts and games to build strength and conditioning. We emphasize good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. By using
consistently good mechanics, these skills will translate to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Studies have shown that children who participate in
physical fitness activities have an increased ability to learn, stay focused and succeed in school as well as sports.




Monthly Sessions

Tuesday and Thursdays

Ages 4 - 7, 4:00pm - 4:30pm

Ages 8 - 13, 4:30pm - 5:30pm

$55 per month

Cost: $45 plus tax for NCAC member - $50 non member


Ages 10 - 14: Monday & Wednesday 4:30—5:25 p.m.
Cost: $70 plus tax for NCAC member - $80 non member
