Healthy Heart

This is a great class for special populations such as senior citizens, beginning exercisers, and/or people with medical conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, hypertension, etc. Check out strength training on Mondays,  cardio on Wednesdays, and flexibility training on Fridays.

REV 30

Need an efficient, high intensity interval class? REV 30, the 30-minute version of Revolution is just what you are looking for. This cycling experience strengthens your legs, improves heart and lung function, and helps you to become fit for life. We have options for everyone from the novice rider to the advanced! Come have some fun and burn some calories.

Revolution

Bring the outdoor ride inside with this interval cadence based cycling program. Sprints, hills, mountains – it’s all there in this 60-minute cycling experience. Get an authentic training to achieve results and meet your personal goals. We engage in periodized ways that stimulate your body to work hard and reap the benefits of strength, great looking legs that are strong and resilient, and a heart that won’t quit.

Group Power

Your hour of Power! Blast all your muscles in this high-rep weight-training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight. Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises going along with exciting music.

Transform

Want to improve flexibility and strength? Transform unites traditional Yoga and sport-influenced movements, such as plyometrics to provide a unique experience. A great way to incorporate flexibility training into your workout regimen. Not only will your body be transformed, your breath will guide your practice as you venture to a better understanding of the breath/body connection.

                                                             Zumba

This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness program. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combines to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
